Next working day delivery (Monday to Friday)
Standard delivery is £8.95 + VAT for orders under £150 (Ex. VAT), and free for orders over £150 (Ex. VAT).
To receive next working day delivery, please place your order before 3:00pm.
Our range of gate locks and hardware is available for next working day dispatch from our warehouse in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
If you need a non-stock gate hardware item, we may be able to source it from one of our suppliers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Saturday delivery
If you need delivery on a Saturday, please call us directly to arrange this. Saturday delivery is not available as a standard service.
Special delivery services
Special delivery charges apply to all special delivery requests, regardless of order value. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Returns and Refund Policy
Notice by the purchaser of intent to return goods for whatever reason will not be accepted by the Company unless received in writing within 14 days of delivery. Goods supplied in accordance with the contract cannot be returned without the Company’s prior written authorisation. The goods may then be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the value of the goods. Duly authorised returns shall then be sent to the Company’s premises at the purchaser’s expense. All items must be in re-saleable condition and in original packs, items not in re-saleable condition will not be accepted for return.

Returns
Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery either by email sales@signetlocks.co.uk or by calling 01243 552066.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging, items not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return.
We will issue a full refund or credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note:

- Returned goods will only be accepted if received by signet within 14days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- Goods may be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the value of the goods.
If the item is damaged or faulty please contact us with 7 days of receipt of the item.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you accordingly.
After the return has been approved we will refund you via the original method of payment or issue a credit note.
Please note refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
