Signet Locks Delivery Charges
Our range of gate locks and closers are available for next day delivery if ordered before 3:00 pm from our warehouse in Bognor Regis West Sussex. Any non-stock gate hardware items can be sourced from our diverse range of suppliers, please contact us with your requirements.
Delivery is free for all orders above £150.
Standard Next Working Day Delivery Monday to Friday (orders below £150), £8.95 + VAT.
For any delivery you would like to receive on a Saturday, please always call us directly and we will arrange it for you as we DO NOT deliver on Saturdays systematically.
Standard delivery is free on orders above £150. Special delivery charges apply on all orders regardless of order total. Please contact us for more information and prices of special delivery rates.
Returns and Refund Policy
Notice by the purchaser of intent to return goods for whatever reason will not be accepted by the Company unless received in writing within 14 days of delivery. Goods supplied in accordance with the contract cannot be returned without the Company’s prior written authorisation. The goods may then be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the value of the goods. Duly authorised returns shall then be sent to the Company’s premises at the purchaser’s expense. All items must be in re-saleable condition and in original packs, items not in re-saleable condition will not be accepted for return.

Returns
Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery either by email sales@signetlocks.co.uk or by calling 01243 552066.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging, items not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return.
We will issue a full refund or credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note:

- Returned goods will only be accepted if received by signet within 14days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- Goods may be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the value of the goods.
If the item is damaged or faulty please contact us with 7 days of receipt of the item.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you accordingly.
After the return has been approved we will refund you via the original method of payment or issue a credit note.
Please note refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
